About Us

I’m Mike McLeod and I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. A lifelong resident of NWA, my interest in fixing things started early. My dad was a heavy truck mechanic for many years and I learned a lot from him growing up. I also was raised in the farming industry where if something broke, it was up to you to fix it. Those opportunities made mechanic work a passion of mine.

After working in another shop for 16 years that focused mainly on factory/newer vehicles, and doing a lot of other projects on the side, I thought it would be nice to have my own place where I could combine my appreciation for old, new, and off-road. And so, Mike’s Autoworks was born! Be it antique vehicles, tractors, 4 wheelers, or your minivan, we’ve got you covered.
